Stones & Bones

Author Char Matejovsky has teamed up with illustrator Robair Ream, an extraordinary book that teaches children through rhyme, and to provide incredibly detailed images. Its goal is to educate young people about the time axis of life on earth. I feel the book would be more suitable for children aged 5-9 years.

Stones & Bones were found in children appeals, classes and families for the scientific study of history interested in anthropology, dinosaurs and primitive man. StimulatingColor images challenge the mind and educate at the same time as providing a sense of comfort with the cozy, familiar scenes. They are so detailed that the more you look at the photo, the more you see.

The 32-page hardcover book has no protective cover, but appears to be of high quality. Links will feel thick and strong. It is accompanied by a Meadowlark & CD contains "Bones Stones song: The song" organized by the Santa RosaChildren's Choir. The pianist was Mark East, the lyrics and music were written by Char Matejovsky designed and maintained by Carol Menke. With this long list of participants was clear to me how this book has become a marvelous creation. I certainly appreciated the phonetic glossary at the end of the book. Parents, grandparents and teachers are invited to visit the website stonesandbonesbook.com they find is a valuable resource.

I encourage parents to take this book totheir young - it is never too early to learn. Without hesitation, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.
